Amanda Hall, Partner
Amanda has a wealth of experience advising entrepreneurs and companies alike on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and development capital raising.
Amanda co-founded Quercus in 2013 having spent 20 years at KPMG, in Manchester, London, Gatwick and Reading. Most recently she worked alongside fellow Quercus partner, Adrian Dray, in leading KPMG’s Corporate Finance business across the Thames Valley. Amanda has completed over 75 transactions across a range of sectors and has a particular focus on software and technology.
Amanda has a First Class Honours Degree in Accountancy and Law from the University of Manchester and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. She is also a member of the Securities Institute.
Amanda is married with a young son and enjoys running and watching most sports, especially football.
