Terra Alliance announces 64% YoY increase in deal values for 2018

As the exclusive UK member firm for the Terra Alliance international M&A network, Quercus Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that:

  • for 2018, the Terra Alliance's 16 firms completed more than 100 transactions with a combined value of more than US$11 billion, a 64% increase on the combined value of transactions completed for 2017; and
  • for the five years to December 2018, Terra Alliance firms completed more than 490 transactions with a combined value of more than US$36 billion.

Particular sectors of interest in 2018 included Diversified Industrials, Consumer Products & Services, Technology and Energy & Mineral Products.
